How we handle
contact details.
If we emailed you and you want to know where we got your address, this page answers that. It also tells you how to have it removed, which takes one reply and no explanation.
Who is responsible
PT DLM Group Bali is a PMA company incorporated in Indonesia, at Jalan Tukad Barito Timur V No. 3A, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80226. We are the developer of Casa Lilee, and we are the party that decides what contact details we hold and why.
We are a small company. There is no separate privacy department — questions go to the same address as everything else, and a person reads them.
How we obtained your details
If you received an email from us without having contacted us first, your details came from one of these, and only these:
- Your firm's own website — a contact, team or international-desk page where the address is published for business enquiries.
- An industry directory or association member list that publishes member firms' business contact details.
- A conference or exhibitor listing where your firm published a contact for trade enquiries.
We record the exact page each address came from and the date we took it. If you ask us where we got yours, we will send you that link.
We do not buy contact lists. We do not guess addresses from name patterns. We do not take addresses from social networks or from anywhere they were published for a purpose other than business contact.
What we hold and why
For a firm we have contacted, we hold: the company name and country, a business email address, a role or department where one is published, the firm's website, the page the address came from, and the dates on which we contacted you and whether you replied.
We hold this to ask whether your firm places overseas residential property with clients, and whether Casa Lilee is relevant to that. That is the only purpose.
- We do not hold personal details unrelated to your business role — no home address, no personal phone, no financial information.
- We do not track whether you open our email. There is no tracking pixel and no rewritten links.
- We do not share your details with anyone. No affiliates, no data brokers, no list swaps.
- We do not use your details to train anything, or for any purpose other than the one above.
Removing your details
Reply to any email from us with the word unsubscribe, or write to sales@dlmgroup.ltd. You do not need to give a reason and you will not get a follow-up asking you to reconsider.
We act on removal requests within one working day. Your address then goes on a suppression list, which exists so that we do not contact you again by mistake. That list holds your address and the date, and nothing else. It is the one case where asking us to delete your details means we keep them — if we deleted the record entirely, nothing would stop the same address being collected again later.
If you would rather we deleted everything including the suppression entry, say so and we will, but understand that we may then contact you again in future without knowing you had asked us not to.
Retention, access and complaints
If you do not reply, we delete your record 180 days after the last email we sent you. If you reply and we begin a working relationship, we keep it while that relationship runs.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to the address above. We will answer within 30 days, usually the same week.
Data is stored in Indonesia and in Microsoft 365, whose servers are outside Indonesia. If you are in a jurisdiction with its own data protection authority and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you are entitled to complain to that authority. We would rather you told us first, but you are not obliged to.
This page describes what we actually do. If our practice changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves.
